Every activity in the year, re-tagged by what it's actually for. The formats stay the same — the day trips and retreats are still the day trips and retreats — but each one now spreads its weight across four purposes, so the balance question has an answer instead of an argument.
Bands always read left to right in the same order — worship, catechesis, koinonia, diakonia — so you can read one without relying on colour. Under against targets, the thin rail beneath each band is where that tier should land and hatched segments are outside it. Click any group to see what's driving its shape. Every hour and every percentage here is an estimate we invented; the target ranges have had no input from the team, so they are not parish policy. The parish total weights each group equally — it's a picture of what the church runs, not of how many people it reaches.
