Nothing is replaced when a new one is added; every version stays here. Pick whichever the team can actually adopt — they share one model, so choosing between them costs nothing later.

Every service exists first to form people — spiritually, and in the faith. That is Layer 1, and it is the foundation. Community impact is Layer 2 and rests on it. Fellowship is the mortar: it belongs in every activity and is the reason for none of them, which is why no version gives it a column of its own.
The old grid sorted activities by their shape — day trip, weekend trip, other — and a shape cannot tell you whether anyone was formed. These sort by purpose, in the order that matters.
